clean bathroom coffee machine hot option

the breakfast was full of choice. i especially loved the hot options available each morning. the room featured a good coffee machine plus a safe for valuables. the bathroom and room were very clean.

the street outside got a little noisy at times.

Excellent Stay Near Charles Bridge

superb location on-street parking breakfast options attentive service

The location was superb. It was very close to the Charles Bridge. Martin at reception helped me arrange on-street parking (a great benefit in this area). The breakfast options were delicious and plentiful, with attentive service each morning. I found the staff consistently friendly and eager to assist.

The street outside can be a bit noisy at times, especially during peak hours.

The hotel features a wine bar. It is very well maintained. There is on-street parking available with assistance from the front desk (they arranged the permit for me).

My room was clean and modern. The bathroom had a perfect shower. Great pillows were provided. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard.

The staff was friendly and helpful at reception. The breakfast servers were equally friendly and remembered my order after the first day. Martin at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

the location features many bars AND restaurants. it's a walking distance to everything i wanted. helpful staff booked transport TO the airport.

the bar inside showed NO respect trying to sleep.

a romantic getaway close to charles bridge.

fantastic location easy access welcome bonus

I found the location fantastic. it was just steps from the charles bridge. nearby i found easy access to restaurants and small shops. early check in was such a welcome bonus. I could start our adventure right away.

the air conditioning unit didn't quite keep up. it indicated 18 degrees but the room never felt cooler than 26 degrees. this made sleeping a bit difficult. i mentioned it to the staff, yet a different room wasn't available.

The reception staff showed very nice friendliness. They remembered my preferences after the first day. they always greeted me with a sincere smile. they were happy to offer recommendations for local restaurants or directions.

the location was excellent, a central spot. the breakfast was really nice, it offered many options.

the air conditioning didn't work well! the room was too warm. the staff couldn't offer a solution, a fan would have helped.

smart tv central location fresh food non-functional air conditioning high temperature unhelpful staff

The room included a smart TV. I could stream Netflix! The location was central to attractions. Breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of fresh food and drinks.

The air conditioning did not work , disappointing. The room temperature never went below 26 degrees. I told the staff, but they could not assist me.
